2. Once the lease or lease has been signed by both parties, all instalments are applied to a non-refundable fee. We recommend that you read the lease at the time of application. The prohibition applies to secure short rentals (ASTs), student accommodation and licenses (personal permission for someone to occupy a rental agreement, for example. B a friend sitting in the house). If you renew your lease, it is considered an entirely new lease agreement, not a continuation, and is subject to the new regime. These include rollover contracts.
